Job Title : Project Manager

Location : Dubai Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing complex technology or business transformation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership — ensuring clear communication, accountability, and successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects from initiation to closure using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project goals with business objectives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation and escalation strategies.
  • Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder update meetings.
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance standards are followed.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor contract deliverables.
  • Track KPIs and project health using dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Drive process improvement and promote Agile best practices across teams.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of IT, digital, or AI / ML projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance business and technical priorities.
  • Certification preferred : PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe.

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in data, AI / ML, or digital transformation projects is an added advantage.
