Job descriptionBackend : Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, LangChain, OpenAI API Frontend : Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind Infrastructure : Vercel / AWS / Supabase (depending on project) 3+ years of experience building full-stack applications Strong experience with both Python and JavaScript / TypeScript Proven ability to design backend systems and implement clean frontend UIs Experience working with AI tools, APIs, or agents is a big plus Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of deliverables Must be available to work in with some overlap with US EST time zone. Hours : 30–35 hours per week Type : Fixed-scope, long-term engagement Location : Remote (India-based only)
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly capable AI Full-Stack Developer to join our team on a part-time basis (30–35 hours per week). You’ll own the stack end-to-end — from backend architecture and APIs to frontend implementation. The project is AI-centric, focused on building a production-ready agent that solves a real business requirement.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI)
- Develop responsive and performant UIs using Next.js
- Integrate and optimize AI / LLM pipelines (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, custom agents)
- Manage data pipelines, database models, and API integrations
- Collaborate directly with founders and designers to bring ideas to life quickly
- Own technical decisions across the entire stack — reliability, speed, and scalability
