Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support day-to-day operations of the team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor SLAs, allocate daily tasks, track team productivity, and maintain operational TATs.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables with high accuracy and quality.
- Facilitate effective communication between onsite and offshore teams.
- Support customer queries and help resolve operational issues efficiently
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to operational protocols.
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership.
- Conduct regular team meetings, address concerns, and support team performance initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.7 to 10 years of experience in home health operations or similar environment, preferably leading a small to mid-sized team.Good English communication skills.Candidates located in or near Trivandrum preferred.Willingness to work night shifts (9 : 30 PM – 6 : 30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.Interested candidates may send resume to careers@ecorgysolutions.com
