Role Overview :
The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and proactive in driving HR processes smoothly across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct HR round interviews and maintain candidate databases.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires — documentation, induction sessions, and system setup.
2. HR Operations & Employee Records
Maintain accurate employee records and update HRMS regularly.
Handle documentation related to offer letters, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Support in attendance tracking and leave management.
3. Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.
Assist in managing statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and vendor coordination.
Support in preparation of monthly HR reports and audits.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Support communication of HR policies and initiatives across teams.
Be a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Performance & Training Support
Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal documentation.
Coordinate with teams for training and development sessions.

Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Hands-on experience with HR software (HRMS, payroll tools).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in a corporate or hospitality setup).
