Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chef cum Sales Executive with a passion for both culinary arts and business development. The ideal candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, leveraging their culinary expertise to demonstrate our product portfolio, build strong client relationships, and drive sales within the HoReCa and institutional sectors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to inspire clients through creative food applications.
Key Responsibilities – Chef cum Sales Executive
- Lead live cooking demonstrations, product tastings, and training sessions to showcase product applications.
- Engage key decision-makers (chefs, purchase managers, F&B directors) to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly targets within the assigned territory.
- Create customized recipes and innovative culinary solutions to meet diverse client requirements.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the HoReCa, QSR, and institutional sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted culinary advisor.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and marketing teams to support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients on optimal product usage and application.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sampling in the company CRM.
Eligibility Criteria – Chef cum Sales Executive
Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a professional chef; prior experience in B2B food sales is highly desirable.Strong understanding of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food service industry (HoReCa) operations.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Results-driven with a proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet targets.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
