The brand is present in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait – and is looking to enter other major markets within & outside GCC.

About the role :

As the HR Operations Executive at Styli - India, you would be managing end-to-end HR operations.

Primary Responsibilities :

HR Data Management & Reporting :

• Responsible for maintaining accurate employee data across HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, employee engagement, and diversity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track HR KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Responsible for maintaining all employee documentation (Medical insurance, Life insurance, etc.)
• Responsible for proving inputs for the monthly payroll process.
• Generate ad-hoc employee documents requested, reports, and data insights as requested by stakeholders.

Qualifications : Post Graduate qualification with specialization in Human Resources
