Your Role in Our Story

You will partner with hiring managers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every candidate. Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for IT and technical roles.

Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Proactively source candidates using multiple channels : job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.

Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS systems.

Build strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for the company.

Stay updated with industry hiring trends and innovative sourcing techniques.

Coordinate with technical panels and schedule interviews.

Key Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).

Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and the IT hiring landscape.

Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple requirements, and meet deadlines.

Experience using ATS or HRMS recruitment modules is an advantage.
