We are hiring for SailPoint Developer

Candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in Identity Management solutions with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, along with solid knowledge of Java, OOP concepts, and implementation across key SailPoint modules (connectors, rules, lifecycle events, roles, SoD, certifications, and reports). Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications is essential. The role also requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include SailPoint certifications (IIQ Engineer / Architect), exposure to IdentityNow, ITSM integration, Agile methodology, and Java certification

Mandatory Skills - 5–7 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing Identity Management solutions, Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Strong Java programming skills and solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Nice to have skills - SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityIQ Architect), Experience in integrating SailPoint with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Java certification and exposure to Agile methodologies,
