We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring efforts in India. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about finding the right talent to help our organization grow and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions accordingly.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking to find suitable candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting techniques.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Education
