Collaboration is core to us. Working with esteemed Web3 VCs like WAGMI and co-building with top protocols such as Lava, Sei, Anoma, EigenLayer, Avail, PolyMesh, and Connext, we are collectively shaping the future of the decentralized economy.

Role — Business Development / Partnerships

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full sales cycle : outreach → discovery calls → negotiation → closing → integration handover.

Own KPIs and pipeline; drive revenue + partnership outcomes.

Maintain strong prospect relationships before, during & after closure.

Keep CRM updated for clean collaboration with Sales / Product / Tech.

Gather feature requests and share with Tech for prioritization.

Attend conferences to boost visibility and unlock new conversations.

Continuously improve sales processes, BD playbooks, decks, and social presence.

What We’re Looking For :

3–5 years in BD / Partnerships / Sales (Web3 preferred; fintech / banking VC experience also relevant).

Proven track record in strategic partnerships and key account closures.

Comfortable working with C-suite in fast-paced, lean teams.

Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Analytical + self-driven, with a growth mindset and startup grit.

Solid understanding of crypto / Web3 / DeFi fundamentals or strong curiosity to learn.

Tools

Must have :

HubSpot / CRM, Google Suite, Slack, Telegram / Signal, social media posting, task trackers.

Nice to have :

  • Existing Web3 network.
