Being a member of IT SIFMU Delivery team, you will support core Clearing and Settlement applications for DTC, NSCC and FICC as well as Wealth Management Insurance Services will be managed by this group, which will also oversee Master Reference Data.

Your Primary Responsibilities :
Act as a technical expert on one or more applications used by DTCCWork with the Business System Analyst to ensure designs satisfy functional requirementsPartner with Infrastructure to identify and deploy optimal hosting environmentsTune application performance to eliminate and reduce issuesResearch and evaluate technical solutions consistent with DTCC technology standardsAlign risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriatelyApply different software development methodologies dependent on project needsContribute expertise to the design of components or individual programs, and participate in the construction and functional testingSupport development teams, testing, fixing, and production supportCreate applications and construct unit test cases that ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirementsWork with peers to mature ways of working, continuous integration, and continuous deliveryQualifications :
Minimum 7 years of related experienceBachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success :
Knowledge in Designing and Developing complex Online and Batch Mainframe Application with COBOL as programming language, CICS as TPM, DB2 as RDBMSKnowledge on MQ and DB2 Connect as interface to communicate with Distributed Web application.Working knowledge in Batch jobs using JCL with Catalog procedures and files (PS / PDS / VSAM)Perform and maintain scheduling activities of Batch Schedules using CA-SchedulerExpertise in Application programming IDEs for Mainframe (IDZ)Working knowledge in Version control / Config. Management tools such as ChangemanExpertise in reverse-engineering of Mainframe applications involving DB2 and CICSNice to have : CI / CD processes for MainframeSoft skills :
