what will you do:
you should apply if you have:
- own expert availability and platform liquidity end-to-end
- ensure supply meets demand during peaks recover missed demand in real time
- manage scheduling hygiene, no-shows, drop-offs, and coverage gaps
- protect availability SLAs through nudges and guardrails
- own payouts, reconciliation, disbursements, and audit hygiene
- resolve payout queries and eliminate leakages
- triage live operational incidents and drive root cause fixes with product & tech
- monitor liquidity, SLAs, payout failures, and missed demand daily
- set up alerts and share sharp updates with stakeholders
- build a lean ops team with clear ownership and strong operating rhythms
- improve reliability and efficiency through tooling and automation
you should apply if you have:
- 7-10 years experience in operations / live ops / marketplace ops
- experience running real-time or near-real-time operations
- hands-on experience with scheduling, availability, or supply management
- exposure to payouts, reconciliation, or payments operations
- strong execution mindset calm under pressure
- comfortable working with tech and finance teams
- comfort with AI tools and ability to use them for process automation, operational dashboards and analysis, SOP creation and optimisation
- experience scaling ops from 0 1 or early growth
