Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lean Six Sigma Manager located in Chandigarh. The manager will be responsible for leading process improvement projects, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence and analyzing business processes for improvement opportunities. The role involves project management, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record in Operational Excellence
• Project Management skills for overseeing Lean Six Sigma projects
• Excellent leadership and teamwork capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
• Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus

Experience : 10-17 Years

Salary : 10 LPA-18 LPA
