Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers according to provided scripts and guidelines and setup
- Meetings for sales team
- Build rapport with customers and handle objections
- Explain the benefits of the company's products or services to potential customers
- Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas
- Record all calls made and maintain accurate records in the company's database
- Follow up with potential customers as necessary
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for reaching potential customers
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer reactions and response to marketing campaigns
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times when interacting with customers
