Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Should Be Costing (SBC) of -Molds & Dies made in India & imported suitable for Plastic, Rubber, Vaccum Forming, Thermoforming, Blow Molding processes-Molds suitable for parts like-Exterior & Interior Trim, Lamps, Fuel Tank, Thermoformed parts, Rubber Bushes & Extrusions-Assly & Gauge fixtures, Plastic welding tools -Ultra sonic / Surface plate etc Work with Design, Engineering, SSU, CDMM, Tier one and Toolmakers for optimum tool solution. Support Sourcing to identify cost reduction opportunities in tooling cost negotiation Set MHR for Tool Room machines, Raw Material & BOP lists Develop STD estimation cost models for tools & generate data base Support business requirements to Adhere time line requirements for the estimations Preferred Industries AutomobileFarm SectorEducation Qualification BE Mechanical , Post Graduation in Tool Engieering ( CIPET Prefered , Post Diploma specialized in Plastics Mould Design or Manufacturing ) General Experience 8+ Years in Tool Room in Techno commercial field Critical Experience Knowledge of Injection Molds, Plastics, Mold design, manufacturing processes, Steels , TexturesThorough knowledge of machining centres & relevant process knowledge , Concept knowledge for Setup change for GPM & SPM line, Process planning, Knowledge of Various tools design and manufacturing process Should be cost estimation for tools Knowledge of tool standards Good analytical skills Able to work with multiple projectsSystem Generated Core Skills Conflict ManagementCost EstimationProcess Knowledge - AssemblyInfluencing SkillsProject ManagementMaterial CostingContinuous Process ImprovementVendor On-boardingSystem Generated Secondary Skills Relationship ManagementTarget CostingBenchmarkingTrend Analysis
