Who we are?

We are a fast-growing travel and luxury transport services company and we are on the lookout for a " Social Media Ad Manager " with a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing monthly ad budgets of at least 100,000 USD.

What You'll Do?

🎯 Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads .

🎯Manage a monthly advertising budget of 100,000 USD efficiently to achieve defined KPIs.

🎯Monitor campaign performance, analyze results & prepare performance reports.

🎯Stay up to date on emerging social media trends, algorithm updates, and ad formats.

🎯Collaborate with the design and content teams to provide creative direction for overall campaigns.

🎯Oversee organic posting schedules and ensure content consistency and quality.

🎯Explore and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to support campaign goals.

🎯Conduct A / B testing to optimize audience targeting, creative formats, and bidding strategies.

What We're Looking For?

♉Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing, IT or Business Management

♉4+ years of experience in paid social media campaign management.

♉A keen artistic eye to guide creative direction and improve content appeal.

♉Excellent communication and presentation skills.

♉Experience managing E-Commerce, Travel, or Service-Based Lead Generation campaigns.

♉Ability to work on alternative Saturdays.

♉Located in Sri Lanka or India.
