I am looking to offshore my paraplanning needs. I am a full scale personal financial planning firm (not business planning). We are growing tremendously. This will require using eMoney financial planning software. Job duties include data entry, analysis, recommendations, document preparation including comprehensive financial plan, assumptions, asset recommendation, financial plan recommendations. Attention to detail is a must. Strict deadlines must me met. I would prefer a team rather than one person.

1. Must have eMoney experience with the ability to provide example plans

2. Must have references of advisors that you have worked with to create plans

3. Must take personality and skills test, and pass background check
