Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and enhancement of Pega-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions using Pega PRPC.
• Mentor junior developers and review code for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with solution architects on application design and integration strategy.
• Troubleshoot performance and technical issues, and implement optimization strategies.
• Support full software development lifecycle including design, build, testing, and Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Pega CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect) required.
• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience, including leading project deliverables.
• Deep understanding of case management, rule resolution, and Pega integration capabilities (REST / SOAP, connectors).
• Experience in Agile development Skills :
• Experience with Pega 8.x or higher.
• Exposure to DevOps pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with CI / CD, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus
