Technical Lead – Python (Gen-AI SaaS | Chennai | 7+ Years)

What You’ll Do

Lead design, development, and deployment of backend services using Python + FastAPI (must-have).

Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct code reviews.

Architect scalable systems using NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra).

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Manage cloud deployments on AWS / Azure / GCP .

Ensure best coding practices, performance optimization, and system reliability.

What We’re Looking For

7–10 years of Python development with prior tech-lead experience.

Strong hands-on expertise with FastAPI .

Experience with NoSQL, cloud platforms, and Git workflows.

Solid understanding of integration patterns, authentication, multithreading, and testing.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-leadership skills.
