Process Trainer

Role :

Plan, prepare, schedule and conduct online language classes on different language skill levels

Actively seek out new course participants to maintain group sizes

Evaluate language level of employees

Conduct satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve the classes

Assist the L&D team with translations and spelling checks whenever needed

Requirements :

3+ years of experience (or equivalent) in teaching the language to groups of adults

Experience in teaching in a corporate environment

C2 English

Basic MS Office skills

Excellent organization skills
