Job description

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team at Nauria , a contemporary women’s designer label known for timeless silhouettes and effortless luxury. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designer wear production , with hands-on experience managing the production floor, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring high-quality output across all stages.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in production management for a designer or luxury clothing brand .
Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A passion for design, quality, and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the entire production process — from sampling to final dispatch.

Manage the production floor and ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.

Coordinate with design, sourcing, and quality control teams to maintain brand standards.

Handle vendor management , fabric sourcing follow-ups, and job work allocations.

Maintain production schedules, track progress, and address any bottlenecks proactively.

Ensure quality checks at every stage and uphold Nauria’s standard of craftsmanship.

Supervise tailors, pattern masters, and finishers to ensure consistency in finishing and fit.

Manage production budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality.
