Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IBM BPM specialist, located in Hyderabad with some work from home acceptable. The specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IBM BPM solutions. Day-to-day tasks include creating process models, managing and optimizing business workflows, conducting system testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

5+ Years of Experience on IBM BPM

Experience with IBM BPM platform, including process design and development

Skills in system testing, error tracing, and debugging

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
