What You'll DoAs a Staff / Principal Engineer, you'll be our technical backbone—a hands-on leader who drives by doing : Architecture & Systems Drive system design and platform architecture decisions Build scalable, resilient systems using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures Solve real-time, high-throughput challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflowsLeadership & Delivery Own end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives from design to deployment Lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously Mentor teams while solving the most complex, ambiguous technical challengesInnovation Embrace AI-powered development (Claude, Cursor) to boost productivity Build automation-first solutions and internal platforms Focus on performance optimization and low-latency system design━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━????️ Our Tech StackBackend : Java (Spring Boot), Microservices, AWS ECS, Scylla DB, Mongo DB, Kafka, RedisPlatform : AWS, Docker, CI / CD, Git Hub ActionsData & AI (Good to have) : Databricks, Spark, Claude, Lang Graph, RAG pipelinesObservability : Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━✅ What We're Looking ForMust-Have : 8-12 years backend development experience Deep Java expertise (Spring Boot, Hibernate) Hands-on developer who can code, architect, and lead by example Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders - Product teams, Clients, and Cross-functional tech teams Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures No SQL databases (Scylla DB, Mongo DB) Performance optimization and latency tuning skills Ownership mindset with proven track record of delivering mission-critical projectsBonus Points : LLM pipelines, RAG, or agentic AI experience Databricks, Spark, or large-scale data processing Travel-tech or B2 B marketplace background Full-stack experience with React━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━????
