Core / Must Have :

Ability to speak the language of the business and be equally conversant with technical teams.

Manager experience and strong leadership skills.

Strategic planning and being able to align support function with business direction.

Experience of having managed AS400 support teams.

For Other : Windows, .Net , API, Java applications support management.

Strong management experience including managing and developing direct reports.

Experience of having led support teams, L1, L2 and L3.

Strong communication skills.

Insurance domain experience.

Primary / Should Have :

Stakeholder management experience.

Data driven and ability to communicate priorities and improvements through metrics.

Focus on continuous improvement.

Conflict resolution skills.

Keen interest in keeping abreast with industry trends.
