We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Loaders / Pickers / Packers to join our warehouse operations team in Byculla. Job Responsibilities :

📦 Order Fulfilment (Pick & Pack) :

Accurately pick items from inventory as per order sheets.
Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery to customers.
Verify picked items against the order list for accuracy .
Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets .
Operate handheld inventory tracking devices (training provided).

🗃️ Inventory Management :

Maintain and update daily stock records .

Monitor stock levels across warehouses and raise alerts for low inventory .

Assist in stock in-warding , tagging , and quality checks .

🚚 Dispatch & Logistics :

Ensure timely processing and dispatch of online orders via Unicommerce .

Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries.

Handle B2C and occasional B2B dispatches , including tracking and returns.

📊 Data & Reporting :

Prepare daily / weekly reports on inventory movement, returns, and dispatches.

Ensure accuracy between physical stock and digital records .

Liaise with customer support for order-related queries.

Coordinate with vendors for the smooth flow of goods.

Requirements :

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment .

Physical fitness to handle lifting, standing, and movement.

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and varied shifts if required.
