Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer with 7+ years of overall professional experience , including 3+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence , specifically building and deploying Generative AI systems. This role involves both strong technical contributions and the ability to lead and mentor a team of interns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), advanced AI workflows, and automation tools that drive real-world impact.

Technical Responsibilities

• Design & Development : Build, deploy, and optimize Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow automation tools.
• Architecture : Collaborate on designing scalable, reliable AI architectures using platforms such as Dify.Ai, Windsurf, or Cursor.
• Research & Innovation : Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, including LLMs, agent frameworks, and automation tools, and integrate them into our solutions.
• Testing & Validation : Develop robust testing and validation processes to ensure AI workflows, agents, and APIs are reliable, accurate, and scalable.
