The Role We're seeking a creative content creator to join our core team in Bangalore (onsite) .

You'll craft compelling content across every format and platform—videos, podcasts, social media, newsletters, graphics, and more—using whatever tools get the job done best, from professional software to cutting-edge AI.

As early-stage VC undergoes a seismic shift, you'll position Antler India at the forefront through dynamic storytelling that resonates with founders, investors, and the startup ecosystem.

What You'll Do Create exceptional video content (short-form, long-form, reels, event coverage) and produce podcasts/webinars Design graphics, infographics, and visual assets; write compelling copy for social media, newsletters, and web Use content to grow Antler India community across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube Capture and amplify community moments through real-time content Support portfolio companies with content strategy and brand storytelling Collaborate with global Antler teams, agencies, and ecosystem stakeholders What You Bring Required 2+ years of content creation experience in startup, agency, or fast-paced environments Tool mastery : Proficiency with video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Descript, Runway), design tools (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Midjourney, DALL-E), and AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Strong video production skills: shooting, editing, motion graphics, sound design Platform expertise: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices Portfolio demonstrating range across video, graphics, and written content Bonus Experience in startup/VC/tech ecosystem Motion design, animation, or photography skills Podcast production experience What Makes You Perfect Tool-agnostic creator : You'll use any tool—traditional or AI-powered—to create outstanding content Creative storyteller with a self-starter mentality Data-informed : Balance creativity with metrics, constantly iterating Startup enthusiast with deep curiosity about innovation and entrepreneurship Collaborative and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders What We Offer Creative freedom to experiment with the latest tools and formats High-impact role shaping how India's most promising founders engage with Antler Work with experienced operators, investors, and global teams Significant growth opportunities as we scale Access to India's most innovative startup ecosystem Dynamic, international team culture Location : Bangalore (Onsite) Powered by JazzHR
