Job description

Were looking for a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Analyst with a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI).

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, interpret data effectively, and deliver actionable business insights that drive strategic decisions.
This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities :

Write and optimize complex SQL queries including window functions, subqueries, and CTEs to extract and analyze data from large datasets. Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis.

Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources and systems. Develop reusable scripts, data pipelines, and dashboards to automate reporting processes.

Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

Communicate data insights through clear visualizations and storytelling to influence key business decisions.

Deliver weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to understand business goals and define analytical requirements.

Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and data models.

Derive meaningful insights from data to support product performance tracking, growth analytics, and customer behavior analysis.

Measure the effectiveness of initiatives and provide ROI analysis and performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers, to ensure alignment between data and business objectives.

Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to leadership in a clear and concise manner. Drive data-driven decision-making by promoting analytical culture within teams.

Manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Ensure timely delivery of insights and reports with a focus on accuracy and clarity. Maintain strong ownership of assigned projects from requirement gathering to final output delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

3 - 6 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Product Analytics roles. Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (complex queries, joins, window functions, optimization). Solid proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and model support. Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Ability to manage, manipulate, and interpret large datasets with accuracy and speed. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data pipelines. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and drive consensus through data.

Critical thinking, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Strong presentation and report-writing skills.

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Exposure to A / B testing, experimentation, or product analytics tools.

Experience working with cross-functional, global teams.
