Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors EC modules. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth deployment, integration, and optimization of SF solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements
- Integrate SF EC with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP HCM) and third-party systems
- Deliver user training and documentation
- Act as a point of contact for issue resolution related to SF EC
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with global HR and IT stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Employee Central / and time off functionality experience is mandated - certified consultants
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum [5-7] years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors , specifically Employee CentralCertification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly preferredStrong knowledge of HR processes and best practicesExperience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar middlewareStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred Skills :
Experience in additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals)Exposure to SAP HCM and Payroll integrationKnowledge of EC Time Management and Global BenefitsFamiliarity with agile project methoSkills Required
