We’re looking for a Design Specialist who blends creativity with precision — someone who can translate ideas into visual experiences that communicate, inspire, and elevate the brand. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-quality designs that align with our business goals and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, visuals, and layouts for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and maintain brand guidelines.
- Translate briefs into compelling designs that drive engagement and business impact.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives.
- Prepare final artwork and coordinate with external vendors (if applicable) for production.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.Proven experience (typically 3–6 years) as a Designer, Visual Designer, or Design Specialist.Strong command over design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.) or Figma.A strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.Excellent visual sense, typography, layout, and color skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
