About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho & Automation Specialist who can design, customize, and optimize workflows across the Zoho ecosystem and beyond. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Creator, etc.) combined with hands-on experience in integration platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat). You will play a key role in streamlining business processes, building intelligent workflows, integrating Zoho with third-party tools, and leveraging AI technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Customize, implement, and optimize Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, Projects, etc.).
• Design and build automated workflows using Zoho tools and third-party platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Integrate Zoho apps with external systems through APIs, webhooks, and custom logic.
• Develop AI-powered workflows using APIs (OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, etc.) for tasks such as data enrichment, smart responses, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor, test, and refine workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Document processes, build knowledge bases, and provide training / support to team members.
