Department : Talent Advisory – Tech Hiring

Reports to : Delivery Lead

The Opportunity

As an Associate Consultant, you will support and drive volume technology hiring for leading automobile company and high-growth startups. You'll work closely with consultants and client stakeholders, such as founders, engineering leaders, and talent teams—to execute end-to-end

search mandates. This role offers a strong foundation in headhunting, stakeholder management, and market research, with opportunities to grow into a client-facing leadership role.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Senior Consultants to drive sourcing strategies and support execution of technology mandates across engineering, product, and DevOps roles.
• Build robust candidate pipelines for niche and high-impact roles using Boolean searches, social media, talent mapping, and other data-driven sourcing techniques.
• Research market trends, talent availability, and competitor intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders—founders, tech leaders, and internal TA—to deeply understand role requirements and target profiles.
