Job Description :

We're seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect with deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, build, and scale resilient cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical depth with strong architecture vision and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end architecture design for new application development on GCP , ensuring ultra-high availability and resilience .

Architect and implement multi-region, always-on systems for mission-critical banking and financial workloads .

Define and drive adoption of modern deployment models — CI / CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and service mesh.

Create architecture blueprints, reference models, and guardrails to ensure consistency and accelerate delivery.

Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and future-proof solutions.

Design cloud-native application patterns including microservices, event-driven systems, containerized and serverless architectures .

Provide strategic thought leadership and ensure alignment with enterprise cloud and security frameworks .

Required Skills & Experience :

Deep, hands-on expertise in GCP native services — Compute, Networking, Storage, Pub / Sub, GKE, Eventarc, Cloud Spanner, BigQuery, IAM, etc.

Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management.

Proven experience in building cloud-native applications (not lift-and-shift migrations).

Strong understanding of regulated industries such as Banking and Financial Services .

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
