- 0 to 2 years of experience in community outreach, volunteering, or related activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people.
- Motivated and passionate about community service and social impact.
- Basic organizational and record-keeping skills.
