About the Role :

We’re looking for a Brand Manager to drive seamless project execution, client management, and internal coordination as we establish and grow our New Delhi presence. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and planning skills, who can manage multiple moving parts while ensuring smooth delivery across branding projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are met.

Client & Team Management :

Act as the bridge between internal teams and clients—setting clear expectations, ensuring alignment, and building trust on both ends.

Process & Tracking :

Maintain structured documentation, project plans, and status updates to keep teams on track.

Cross-Functional Coordination :

Work closely with design, copy, and strategy teams (based in Mumbai) to ensure seamless execution while managing remote collaboration.

Requirements :

2-4 years of experience in a branding or advertising agency.

Candidate must be Delhi based

Strong organization, planning, and tracking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

Ability to set and manage expectations internally and externally.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while coordinating remotely with a Mumbai-based delivery team.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have : Exposure to business development, including identifying and supporting new opportunities.
