Proven ability to independently build financial models (DCF, LBO, merger, comps). Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial statement analysis. Experience preparing client-ready materials such as pitch books, valuations, and transaction analyses. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

About the Role
We’re hiring an Investment Banking Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory. This role is hands-on : you’ll be expected to build financial models from scratch - DCF, LBO, merger models, comps, and precedent transaction analyses—not just update existing templates. You’ll work directly with senior bankers during US hours on live M&A and capital raising deals.
What You’ll Do
- Build detailed valuation and transaction models to support mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
- Draft and refine pitch books, investor decks, management presentations, and board materials .
- Run company and industry analysis , including comps, precedent transactions, and market research.
- Support execution on both buy-side and sell-side M&A , as well as equity and debt financings.
- Coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and ensure accurate analysis under tight timelines.
