The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment globally across India, APAC, LATAM, UK, and the US.

This is an individual contributor role where you'll fully own the recruitment lifecycle—from pipeline building and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding. You'll be the go-to recruitment partner for hiring managers, ensuring we bring in the right talent at the right time to fuel our rapid growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Independently manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing roles across multiple geographies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, refine job requirements, and guide on talent strategy.
• Proactively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Drive simultaneous global searches, balancing priorities across different regions and time zones.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience, ensuring professional, timely, and transparent communication.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Workable) and generate dashboards / reports for stakeholders.
• Stay informed about labor market trends, local compliance, and regional hiring nuances.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
