Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Analyst or Associate (M&A). The role involves -

• Working with the Managing Director in executing multiple M&A transactions from start to finish, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and meeting project milestones.
• Leading the preparation and delivery of critical deal documents, including Confidential Information Memorandam (CIM), buyer lists, financial models, and client presentations.
• Facilitating key client calls and preparing clients for buyer meetings, negotiating offers, and managing the due diligence process
