Supply Chain Executive – Hardware Operations

Location : Bangalore – In-office role

Experience : 2–4 years

Industry : Hardware / Electronics / Contract Manufacturing

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our Hardware Operations Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination across personnel, processes, and partners to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations.
Liaise with sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Plan and track shipments based on customer requirements.
Monitor KPIs and report on supply chain performance.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in supply chain or customer service.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with inventory planning, warehouse management, and PO processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

MBA in Operations preferred.

Prior experience in hardware distribution or contract manufacturing is a strong plus.
