Assistant Category Manager

This role sits within the Home Services vertical at HomeLane. Within this vertical we offer services such as Civil, Demolition, Counter Top, Electrical, Plumbing & Cleaning to customers opting for new / existing home transformations.

• This is a specialist role requiring someone with good grasp on setting up processes and implementing the same within Home / Commercial Renovation space.
• Manage all service-related vendors pan-India. Lead vendor management team.
• Manage service-related escalations and structurally improve the process. Setup end-to-end processes.
• Lead service categories & build for growth i.e., Civil, Demolition, Counter Top, Shower Cubicle.
• Strong experience in building categories and growing the same. Managed category P&L and improved margins.
• Bachelors / Masters in Architecture along with Project Management certification (good to have).
• Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Hands-on experience using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Overall 8+ years of experience, preferably within the interior space.
• Open to travel across India to be present at HomeLane vendor sites for negotiations and process improvement.
