- Monitor, study, and analyze beauty & cosmetic market trends, interpreting insights to forecast future consumer preferences.
- Translate emerging trends into commercially successful product assortments aligned with sales and margin goals.
- Ensure innovation, variety, quality, and competitive pricing across the beauty category to meet customer expectations.
