key responsibilities : 1. handle outbound / inbound calls for collection activities.2. communicate professionally and clearly with customers.3. ensure timely follow-ups and achieve daily collection targets.4. maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-updetails.5. coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.eligibility : 1. minimum hsc (12th pass) or graduate in any discipline.2. both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.3. both male / female are required.4. good to excellent communication skills required5. basic computer knowledge and adaptability to rotationalweek-offs.process details : 1. shift timings : 10 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm (general shift)2. days of working : 6 days working (rotational week-off)
