The Regional Head (RH) will lead and manage a team of Area Sales Executives (ASEs) and Area General Managers (AGMs) to drive Livspace s franchise expansion goals. The RH will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless team operations, strategic planning, and achievement of regional onboarding targets. This role requires a proactive leader who is highly skilled in team management, data analysis, and franchise operations while being aligned with Livspace s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & Management
- Supervise and guide a team of ASEs and AGMs to ensure alignment with Livspace s objectives.
- Conduct regular team reviews to monitor performance, address challenges, and maintain motivation.
- Provide strategic direction and actionable plans to achieve franchise onboarding targets for the region.
Planning & Strategy
Develop and execute region-specific strategies in collaboration with the AGMs and ASEs.Oversee franchise onboarding numbers for the assigned region and ensure KPIs are consistently met.Create and implement data-driven strategies to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.Training & Development
Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are well-versed in Livspace s processes, SOPs, and CRM tools.Motivate and mentor team members to enhance performance and align with the company s growth vision.Franchise Operations & Closures
Assist AGMs in finalizing franchise closures by actively participating in negotiations and meetings.Travel as required to support franchise onboarding and strengthen regional market presence.CRM & Data Management
Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in franchise operations.Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in team management, franchise closures, and target achievement.Strong proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel extensively to support team activities and franchise closures.Self-motivated, proactive, and aligned with company growth objectives.Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.Skills Required
