Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Representative located in Surat. The Collections Representative will be responsible for daily debt collection activities, managing communications with clients and debtors, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely cash collection. The representative will collaborate with finance teams and oversee the progress and resolution of outstanding debts.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in Finance
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and on-site environment
• Prior experience in debt recovery or similar roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
