Role : Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum lead conversions, increasing home visits, and achieving monthly sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives and telecallers.
Allocate leads and monitor team performance daily.
Plan and execute strategies to maximize home visits, bank visits, and solar rooftop sales closures .
Track lead funnel (calls visits closures) and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Drive awareness of government subsidy benefits and EMI financing options to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction during and after sales closure.
Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance to senior management.
Work closely with marketing and operations for smooth customer onboarding and installation.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, consumer durables, or financial services .

Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

Good communication in English, Hindi, and local languages .

Ability to work in field sales with high energy and persistence.
