Sternavex is a rocket / aerospace company where clean, reliable data powers fast decisions. As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you’ll accurately capture, validate, and maintain operational data (inventory, procurement, test logs, quality records) so our teams can execute with confidence.

What you’ll do

• Enter, review, and update data in spreadsheets and internal systems (ERP / MRP / PLM).
• Validate source documents, resolve discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records.
• Organize and label files with proper version control and traceability.
• Build basic reports (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to close data gaps.
• Follow data security, confidentiality, and documentation procedures.

What you’ll need

Nice to have : Experience with ERP / MRP tools; exposure to QA / ISO documentation; prior work with inventory or test data.
