Role Overview
The Associate Program Director will play a strategic leadership role, accountable for a multi-year roadmap, stakeholder management, financial planning, and portfolio execution . You will lead complex, cross-functional programs—including new product introductions, technology deployments, and connected care solutions —while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership : Manage mature and small-scale programs with well-defined delivery methodologies; lead large-scale, strategic initiatives end-to-end.
- Lifecycle Ownership : Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk / issue management, and stakeholder communication.
- Financial Accountability : Lead portfolio-level AOP / Budget planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with design, quality, and global teams to achieve program goals and regulatory compliance.
- Executive Engagement : Present updates, insights, and analysis to senior leadership.
- Process Excellence : Drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Digital Dashboards : Lead the design and development of interactive Power BI dashboards for program performance, KPIs, and executive reporting.
✅ Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field .18+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in project / program management , preferably in Medical Devices .Proven expertise in Power BI / dashboard development and program performance tracking.Certifications : PMP (or equivalent), CSM, SAFe / RTE (ART experience).Strong knowledge of MedTech product / software / R&D , product development, and regulatory processes (IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.Lean Six Sigma or Microsoft Project / ProChain scheduling experience is a plus.
