About the role :

As a core member of the leadership team, the Corporate Strategy Manager will help shape our company’s strategic direction and enable data-driven decision-making across all business functions. This role combines analytical depth, business judgment, and financial insight to drive growth, align organizational priorities, and deliver on investor expectations.

In our fast-growing Series A startup environment, you’ll partner directly with founders, business unit heads, and investors on initiatives that influence our trajectory, from market expansion to product rollouts, cross-functional operations, and strategic partnerships

Core Responsibilities :

Corporate Strategy and Planning :

• Evaluate business performance across revenue, expense, and profitability metrics to identify emerging issues and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business unit heads to plan, execute, and track new strategic initiatives.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews : consolidating KPIs, financial summaries, and growth insights for leadership discussions.
• Own the development and maintenance of the corporate business plan, including forecasting models and profitability analyses.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, opportunity assessments, and scenario modeling for long-term planning.
• Work closely with finance and accounts to ensure alignment between operational and financial reporting
