Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP TM Specialist to join our team in a Pan-India capacity. The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on expertise in the design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of SAP S / 4HANA Transportation Management. This role is a pivotal technical position focused on delivering robust transport management solutions, particularly within the Shipper's scenario and outbound processes. Your technical proficiency will be critical in optimizing logistics and ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the full lifecycle of SAP S / 4HANA TM projects, including blueprinting, configuration, customization, and go-live support.
• Design and configure core SAP TM functionalities such as Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning and Execution, and Freight Charge Management.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC / S / 4HANA SD and MM modules by configuring integration frameworks (Proxy Framework, IDoc) and managing master data synchronization.
• Implement and configure Freight Settlement Management (FSCM) processes, including Freight Waybill Orders (FWO) and Freight Bill Audits (FBA).
• Utilize advanced SAP TM components, including BRFplus for defining complex business rules and the Transportation Cockpit for optimized planning and visibility.
• Configure and manage SAP Event Management (EM) to provide real-time visibility into the transport lifecycle and trigger automated alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve highly technical issues related to TM processes, integration, and performance, providing expert-level support.
• Collaborate with data architects and business process owners to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for development and configuration.
