About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter (Consultant level) to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple service lines and functions — from requirement gathering to offer closure.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and key success factors.
- Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including professional networks, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback coordination, and candidate communication.
- Track and report hiring metrics s uch as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to an exceptional candidate experience.
- Work closely with HRBPs and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.
Required Skills & Competencies
3–6 years of r ecruitment experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors.Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and so urcing strategies.Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Strong sense of ownership, agility, and accountability.Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
