About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter (Consultant level) to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple service lines and functions — from requirement gathering to offer closure.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and key success factors.
  • Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including professional networks, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Track and report hiring metrics s uch as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Work closely with HRBPs and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 3–6 years of r ecruitment experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and so urcing strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, agility, and accountability.
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
